About the activity
Group is divided into teams. Each team is provided with confidential instructions detailing out their context and objective. The objectives of the groups appear at cross roads to each other unless they can really drive a constructive negotiation by influencing both the internal and external stakeholders.
The activity provides a great platform to drive debriefs related to Influencing, Being able to say no, appreciating perspectives and finding win-win resolutions to conflicts
