Refund and Cancellation Policy


Thank you for using the Empuls Perks Store.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.


A voucher is canceled, and a full refund is issued in the following cases;


  1. The Voucher issued to the user is different from the Voucher ordered by the customer; and/or, 
  2. The Brand issuing the voucher does not oblige to the terms and conditions of the voucher.
