Redemption Instructions
- Customer walks-in with the L&M e-gift card.
- Selects merchandise, and Informs cashier / store executive that he would like to pay using L&M gift card.
- The cashier will choose L&M Gift Card as Tender for payment.
- Store Executive will open single page gift card browser-based redemption tool.
- Submits gift card credentials.(Card number & Pin)
- The application validates the card credentials and if matches approves the redemption.(Please note all L&M E-Cards are one-time redemption only)
- Customers makes balance payment (in-case invoice value goes over gift card value) using other mode of payment and completes the transaction.

Terms and Condition
L&M eGift Voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from its date of issue.
L&M eGift Voucher is redeemable for merchandise at Lawrence & Mayo Offline Retail Stores – Nationwide
The L&M eGC cannot be redeemed at our online store www.lawrenceandmayo.com
L&M eGift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another gift voucher/Gift card/cash/cheque
L&M eGift Voucher is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card
If the invoice value is greater than the remaining/Gift Voucher (full value), customer has the option to pay the balance amount through debit card, credit card at offline retail outlets
Lawrence & Mayo e-Gift Cards are one-time redeemable card only – No multi redemption is allowed
Lawrence & Mayo (India) Private Ltd or any of its group companies shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this eGift Voucher
The holder of this e L&M Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the e L&M Gift Voucher and the related credentials mentioned on it
No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost/deleted e L&M Gift Voucher mails/cards
No duplicate e L&M Gift Voucher will be issued. eGift Voucher is property of Lawrence & Mayo (India) Private Ltd to whom it should be returned on request.
