Redemption Instructions
- Customer comes to www.cloudtailor.in
- Selects design/ Pattern
- Reaches to checkout page
- Selects gift card as a mode for payment
- Submits gift card details
- Clicks redemption button
- System validates the card and confirms the balance
- On successful validation customer presses redeem button and card get redeemed
- On successful redemption the total invoice value gets reduced by the value of the card redeemed and displays balance amount (if any) to be paid
- In case of the total bill value goes higher than GC redeemed value, customer is requested to opt for another mode of payment like credit card / debit card / wallet etc. for balance payment
- On successful payment order gets confirmed and customer seeks required details

The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card
This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary
This Gift Card is valid at only at Cloud Tailor M-App
This card cannot be redeemed at any offline retail outlets, any other multi brand or departmental stores or any other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc. for purchase of Cloud Tailor services
The validity of the Cloud Tailor Gift Card will be for One Year I.e., 365 days from date of activation (purchase) of card
Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against one single invoice
No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred to Cloud Tailor customer support (Contact Details) and the decision of the company shall be final
All disputes must be referred to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only
