Redemption Instructions
- Visit FinuSmart at www.finusmart.com/micro-health/choose-plan to view the list of available micro-insurance plans.
- Click on plan details and select a plan of your choice to buy after reviewing the coverages.
- Provide your contact details and click next (OTP may be requested) and the members' details, post which you will be shown a membership number.
- Proceed to the summary page to do a final review of the plan selected & details submitted.
- Proceed to pay using the supported gift cards or any other sources supported by PayU. You will have options to add/redeem your gift card on the payment page itself.

Finusmart Gift Voucher is redeemable only in India and exclusively Finusmart website
Finusmart EGift Voucher cannot be clubbed with any offer & promotion
Partial redemption of this Gift Voucher is not allowed; No cash refund, in part or full, will be provided against this Gift Voucher
If the invoice value is greater than the GC value, customers can pay the balance amount through Cash, UPI or Debit / credit card as the case may be.
Finusmart Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged, revalidated, reissued, replaced
Finusmart Gift Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be extended or replaced post expiry
In case Gift Voucher is lost, or stolen, damaged or destroyed Finusmart shall not be liable for the same
Finusmart shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this Gift Voucher. The holder of this Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Gift Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it and Finusmart shall not be liable for the same
Finusmart reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice
All the dispute/s with reference to this Electronic Gift Voucher are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction
If a E-Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 24 hours

E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
No returns and no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers.
