2.The person who has the myUpchar GV/GV is deemed to be the beneficiary
3.This is a ONE-Time use GV/GC
4.No credit/Refund for the unused amount of the GV/GC will be given
5.myUpchar GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired
6.myUpchar GV/GC can be utilised for the services in Pan India Cities
7.myUpchar GV/GC can be clubbed with ongoing promotions
8.Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final
