Terms and Condition
These terms and conditions apply to Amazon Gold Voucher issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (""Amazon Gold Voucher"").
Amazon Gold Voucher is a prepaid payment instrument that can only be used to purchase gold related products such as gold jewelry, gold coin, gold bar, gold vouchers etc., (""Gold Products"") as listed on Amazon.in.
Amazon Gold Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued.
Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Gold Voucher.
Beneficiaries of Amazon Gold Voucher can apply the 13-digit alpha numeric code on https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
Amazon Gold Voucher (including any unused Amazon Gold Voucher balance) has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to the applicable terms.
Amazon Gold Voucher cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. No returns and no refunds will be processed on Amazon Gold Vouchers.
Pine Labs, Amazon Pay or their affiliates are not responsible if an Amazon Gold Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
Amazon Gold Vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 - 48 hours.
Amazon.in logo/trademark used on Amazon Gold Voucher is an IP of Amazon Pay or its affiliates and the Pine Labs trademark/logo used on Amazon Gold Voucher is an IP of Pine Labs.
Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Amazon Gold Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Redemption Conditions:
Amazon Gold Voucher cannot be used to purchase any physical or digital product on Amazon.in other than the Gold Products.
Amazon Gold Voucher cannot be used to pay for mixed item order if the order has at least one non-eligible item.
Amazon.in conditions of Use apply to the Amazon Gold Voucher.
