- Kindly follow the below steps to view the balance
1) On paytm, Click on Passbook button on the left panel.
2) Select between Business and sub-wallet depending on requirement.
3) Select the required Date or type of transaction and click on 'Apply' for the filter.
4) You can also filter your search with particular Transaction ID/Oder ID
5) Click on Search and sort-out records as desired by using various filers - Further, For future correspondence kindly write to us at corporate.helpdesk@paytm.com.

NOTE : This cards can only be procured using INR.
1. The money in the gift sub wallet cannot be transferred to a bank account nor can peer-to-peer transfer happen.
2. The voucher amount that is credited can be checked at https://paytm.com/.
3. The gift voucher can be utilized in Paytm offline and online ecosystems.
4. Validity of the gift voucher is 3 years.
5. The maximum transaction amount per month is one lakh.
6. KYC is mandatory and has to be completed to use the amount
7. Please note the mobile number which is entered while placing the order will receive the money. Mobile number cannot be changed at a later stage.
8. The validity of the gift voucher cannot be extended once expired.
9.complete wallet limit is 1 lac and gift wallet limit 10 k per month.
